A condition of numbness, pain, or general fatigue in your fingers, arms, wrists, neck, back, or shoulders. An RSI is caused by a combination of factors, such as high stress, a poorly designed work area, and repetitive movements such as typing. When using a computer, RSIs can be prevented by using wrist supports, an adjustable chair that supports your lower back, and by taking frequent breaks.
